Refunds and Support
The goal of Operator Loops is to help you leave with a clearer, more usable client pipeline system. It is not a revenue guarantee.
Refunds
For the DIY kit, if it is not the right fit, email [email protected] within 7 days and I will refund it.
For Review My Loop, you can cancel for a refund any time before you submit your loop for review. Once the review is delivered, it is not refundable, but if anything is unclear, you get one clarification pass.
For custom work, we will agree on scope before payment. Deposits are refundable until work begins; after that, completed work is not refundable and any unstarted work can be canceled.
Support
DIY includes access help and brief product questions for 14 days.
Review My Loop includes one submitted loop review and one clarification pass.
Custom support is defined in the project scope. Ongoing implementation or ops help is quoted separately.
